FIlapawa Revelate (SLCCR) is one of the twelve Constellation Tempests and a member of the three surviving ones. He represents rebirth and replenishing, and his elemental form takes the form of a phoenix. Filapawa dwells on Bun Island, a small and secluded island in which he practices his shamanic abilities.
Background
Filapawa Revelate originates as one of the leaves on the Fall Tree. His resonance channels on celestials and transcendence. While he tends to live as a recluse, staying away from people in his temple on Bun Island, he is a benevolent and altruistic Tempest who will help anyone in need.
